The Solution
We suggested, and installed, Cisco Catalyst 2900 Series Switches. The solution is designed to simplify network access management by easily combining switches, ID, wireless, policy, location, and management. Following installation, we worked with Cisco to resolve an issue with the switches. A firmware upgrade fixed a bug in the switches.

According to the credit union’s IT director, the switch upgrade has resolved the issue of dropped ports. In addition, the credit union’s network appears to be experiencing slight performance improvement as well. “Dox doesn’t deviate from their tried-and-true solutions. The company recommends and provides solutions that they have worked with thoroughly and are determined to be reliable.”
