MWBE, GSA, and OGS Contracts for Your Procurement Needs
Dox offers contracts and locality procurement with added value
Dox understands your need to save money and utilize approved vendors for your purchases. With that in mind, we provide contracts that give you the best buying power possible with the comfort of knowing we have the ability to meet your every procurement need from hardware and software to IT services.
We are a Nationally Certified Woman-Owned Business
Dox Electronics, Inc., provides federal, state, and local governments a value-added service of procuring new computer hardware and software, hard-to-find products, obsolete parts, specialized software, and professional IT services. We do this through contract vehicles managed by the General Service Administration (GSA) and the New York State Office of General Services (OGS).
Government agencies often seek vendors by codes for the specific products and services they can provide. Dox is classified under the following codes:
Service providers and manufacturers establish Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) contracts with GSA to define discounted pricing for their products when sold to eligible buyers around the world. These eligible buyers typically include federal/state/county/city/town/village offices, the military, public schools and universities, and various types of non-profit organizations.
As a provider of professional IT Services, Dox has established a contract under GSA's Schedule 70 to provide these services to eligible buyers at a discounted rate.
Additionally, Dox is listed as an authorized dealer of Barracuda Networks and Blue Coat products under GSA Schedule 70 contracts established by SYNNEX Corporation and Arrow ECS, respectively.
New York State OGS Contracts
Manufacturers establish contracts with the New York State OGS to define discounted pricing for their products when sold to eligible buyers in New York State. These eligible buyers typically include state/county/city/town/village offices, public K-12 and SUNY schools, and various types of non-profit organizations.
Dox is listed as an authorized reseller on these OGS contracts by our technology partners. We are consistently able to leverage our collaborative agreements with partners including Check Point, HPE, and Sophos, just to name a few, to better serve our clients in obtaining products and services faster and at a more competitive price than other larger and otherwise competent resellers.
