We are a Nationally Certified Woman-Owned Business

As a certified woman-owned business in New York State, Dox offers procurement services to state agencies and state/county/local government offices to satisfy the state’s Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise (MWBE) Supplier Diversity Program. Under State Finance Law, the discretionary threshold is increased to $200,000 for purchases from certified woman-owned businesses. State agencies may purchase services and commodities up to this amount without formal competition.

Dox Classification Codes

Dox Electronics, Inc., provides federal, state, and local governments a value-added service of procuring new computer hardware and software, hard-to-find products, obsolete parts, specialized software, and professional IT services. We do this through contract vehicles managed by the General Service Administration (GSA) and the New York State Office of General Services (OGS).

Government agencies often seek vendors by codes for the specific products and services they can provide. Dox is classified under the following codes:

GSA Contracts

Service providers and manufacturers establish Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) contracts with GSA to define discounted pricing for their products when sold to eligible buyers around the world. These eligible buyers typically include federal/state/county/city/town/village offices, the military, public schools and universities, and various types of non-profit organizations.

As a provider of professional IT Services, Dox has established a contract under GSA's Schedule 70 to provide these services to eligible buyers at a discounted rate.

Additionally, Dox is listed as an authorized dealer of Barracuda Networks and Blue Coat products under GSA Schedule 70 contracts established by SYNNEX Corporation and Arrow ECS, respectively.

New York State OGS Contracts

Manufacturers establish contracts with the New York State OGS to define discounted pricing for their products when sold to eligible buyers in New York State. These eligible buyers typically include state/county/city/town/village offices, public K-12 and SUNY schools, and various types of non-profit organizations.

Dox is listed as an authorized reseller on these OGS contracts by our technology partners. We are consistently able to leverage our collaborative agreements with partners including Check Point, HPE, and Sophos, just to name a few, to better serve our clients in obtaining products and services faster and at a more competitive price than other larger and otherwise competent resellers.
