| As Ken assists Ruth with the technical aspects of a consulting and service company, Ruth oversees all other areas of the business including administrative functions. From Accounting to Human Resources to Office Management, Ruth "runs the business." | As a Physics major in college, Ken knew the potential of technology and began his career at ALA of Rochester, repairing computers, cash registers and dictation equipment to the component level. Hired by Victor Computer in Long Island, Ken was the Senior Computer Field Engineer for the Long Island Branch. When Victor closed the branch in 1982, Ken went back to Rochester and founded his own consulting company, Dox Electronics Inc. |
